Pre/post ride stretch
1. Standing Leg Sways - using core strength to find balance whilst rooting down through the standing leg, a great opener for the hips. 2. Aerial dancer pose - a counter stretch to being bent over your bike. The spine is lengthened in this back bend whilst allowing the quads to stretch out. Leaning back into the stand increases the quad stretch. 3. Lifted Plank - this leg work preps them for your ride and equally loosens as a wind down post ride. Brief rest in pigeon. 4. Twist - opens the heart and shoulders. 5. Standing Splits - a great one for the hamstrings! followed by a fun elevated swing and lastly finishing with a simple inverted stretch. level: easy / music credit: om chanting - om yoga
